What I Eat + My Workout Routine || Daily Dose of Health & Wellness Vlog

Hi loves!! Today’s video I decided to try something new and even though it was a bit of a fail, I think it can turn into a fun new series on my channel! My idea was to combine a What I Eat in a Day video with a Day in the Life video and focus on all things health and wellness throughout my day! This way I can share lots of meals and workouts on a regular basis. I’m still ironing out exactly how and what to show, but overall I hope you enjoy this type of video! I think real snippets of my routines uploaded regularly will paint a more accurate picture of what I do than a sit down video where I try to spew every diet/exercise thought I have lol. Pancake Recipe- We always add a tiny bit of vanilla extract, cinnamon, and more milk than it calls for otherwise it’s soooo thick.

Sweat With Kayla-

30 Minute Run
Circuit 1:
12 Broad Jump Burpees
15 Weighted Squat with two 5lb weights
15 Push ups (whatever variation you can do! I did them on my knees because I was beat!!)
15 Tricep Dips

Circuit 2:
12 Regular Burpees
15 Dumbell Squat + Press with medicine ball (I used one 12lb weight)
10 Mountain Climbers + 2 Push Ups Repeat 10 times!
15 Decline push ups (I couldn’t get through them so I just did more on my knees)

Repeat Both circuits two times. It’s so hard you guys!
