Bulletproof Coffee
1 americano
1 cap brain octane
1 scoop collagen peptides
dash cinnamon

Smoothie
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 scoop cucumber aloe vital proteins collagen
Handful spinach
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp almond butter

Energy Balls:
1/2 cup almond flour.
1/2 cup nut butter.
2 tbs hemp hearts.
1 tsp moringa powder

Sauce:
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 dashes fish sauce
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp ground ginger

Healthy Dessert:
thick part of a can of coconut milk plus 1/4 cup of liquid
1/4 cup raw cacao
1 tsp gelatin

  1. About the Coffee, does adding creamer to it add any fat to it? And also, any tips on chicken? I cannot find any recipes to make it taste less bland. And you don't need make-up 🙂

  2. Why do you exclude the butter from your bulletproof coffee? I like you mentioned that you don't eat unless you are hungry. Some days I don't feel like eating breakfast, and with school and work I can't eat the usual meal times

  3. Why do you eat fruit so little? Are there any benefits to lowering your fruit intake to just once a week?? I’m just curious

  4. I am totally on the same page with you & the fruit free smoothies! I don't eat smoothies often because the coldness of them tends to upset my stomach-but when I do they are high in healthy fats, protein, greens & fiber! Love your channel & these types of videos so much!

  5. You value good fats so much (which yes, good fat is beneficial) but grains and fruit offer a multitude of nutrients, vitamins, and benefits as well!

  6. What's your deal with peanut butter? Like, I just don't like the taste or texture of almond butter, and peanut butter isn't actually bad for you. How is almond butter better?
