SUPERFOOD GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL
– 2-3 cups of tightly packed Spinach & Kale
– 1/2 a small Avocado
– 1/2 cup each of frozen Pineapple & Mango
– 2/3 of a frozen Banana
– 1 tbsp of Matcha Powder |
– Splash of Almond Milk
TOPPING
– Fresh Berries & Banana
– Edward & Sons, Unsweetened Coconut Flakes |
– Bob’s Red Mill, Organic Whole Chia Seeds |
– Sunflower seeds |

CHICKEN TENDERS & SWEET POTATO FRIES
Bake at 375 F for 25 mins & flip in between (until golden brown)
– Chicken breast, cut into slices
– 1 Egg
– Bob’s Red Mill, Super-Fine Almond Flour |
– Garlic Powder |
– Paprika |
– Dried Oregano |
Salt + Pepper
SWEET POTATO FRIES
Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes or until crispy
– 1 Sweet Potato, cut into fries or wedges
– Primal Kitchen, Avocado Oil |
– Garlic Powder |
– Paprika |
– Cayenne Pepper |
– Salt + Pepper
Primal Kitchen, Mayonnaise with Avocado Oil, Chipotle Lime |

SNACK

CHICKEN PESTO SPAGHETTI SQUASH
Bake at 400 F for 45 mins
– 1 Spaghetti Squash
– Primal Kitchen, Avocado Oil |
– Garlic Powder | + Pepper
– Salt + Pepper
PESTO
– 2 cups of tightly packed Basil
– 3 tbsp Bergin Fruit and Nut Company, Pine Nuts |
– 3-4 Fresh Garlic cloves
– 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
– Bragg, Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning |
– Salt + Pepper
– 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Splash of water
GRILLED CHICKEN
– 1 Chicken breast

– Paprika |

  8. Hey Aysha, just a tip for next time…try warming up your spaghetti squash in the microwave for a few mins. Makes it easier to cut in half!! Keep up the great work!

  9. I don’t cook so I originally wasn’t going to watch this video but after seeing how much effort you put into making it on your vlog I decided I can’t not watch it. All the dishes look so delicious so who knows, you might find your girl in the kitchen trying to recreate some of them

  10. I tried to make the almond crusted chicken yesterday and the recipe I was following was soooooooo complicated it ended up being a huge mess! Your recipe is so much more straightforward im going to try it next time
