Let's say I'm eating about 500 calories less than my maintenance level, and I'm working out about 3 times per week, BUT within those calories there's 50-100 g of sugar, which as far as I know is 1,5-3 times more than the daily recommended amount. How large of an impact would that have on weight loss?

  7. Hey Alex, Im 17 years old and have been lifting for about 2 years now. I am right hand dominant and i noticed when i first started training that my left bicep was a lot bigger than my right. People told me that if i kept training normally that it would eventually even out but that hasnt been the case. Both of my arms have grown a lot throughout these 2 years but the muscle imbalancement is still there and i dont know what to do about it. It isnt something that is easily noticed but i still want to fix it. Ive tried doing some research and watched videos but most of the points that are brought up dont apply to me, such as, me activating one arm more than the other when using a barbell and possible posture problems. Ive looked into my form and the posture doesnt seem to be a factor and i dont usually train with barbells for biceps so that cant be a reason either. I also dont want to train one arm more than the other because i dont want one arm to be stronger than the other. Any help would be appreciated 😀

  8. Hey Alex wondering on which squat variation is better for vertical jump and sprint training. I’ve been doing high bar but switching to low bar I can use more weight but I also know the muscles activate differently, which one do u think is better for jumping and sprinting
