Kombucha smoothie
1 banana
1 cup berries
1 cup mango
1 cup kombucha
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp moringa powder
1 cup greens
1/2 cucumber chopped

Euphoria juice
2 apples
2 lemons
1 3 inch thumb ginger
4 stalks celery
1 bunch of dark greens (kale, collard, spinach)
1/2 bunch of parsley

Fiery Lemonade
1 2 inch piece turmeric
1 2 inch thumb ginger
5-8 pitted dates
2 lemons
2 cups coconut water

In 2 months I went from 210 lbs to 185 lbs, and I only star detoxing my body in the beginnieng of each month, streching every morning, and slowly I stopped eating breakfast 'couse I wasn't hungry in he morning.   8. Hi Hannah. I came across your channel at a hard time in my life. I'm 31. I've had 2 kids and I'm just hating my body right now. I did your diet for two weeks before we went on vacation, I really wanted to try to eat good while we were on vacation too but that didn't happen. I'm at my breaking point. I saw that in your before photos that you had a lot of cellulite on your legs. That's my biggest issue. Did that just go away with the weight loss or did you have to exercise, if so what exercises did you do?

  9. Do you grow your own sprouts? Alfalfa & Bean Sprouts? It's so easy and good for you. Maybe you can teach your subscribers how. Just a thought. I learned from YouTube and have been growing Alfalfa for years. Love Love Love Them and they only take 3 to 5 days to grow. You can be eating on them by the 3rd day and just keep them growing.
