  1. Great job my brother. Ive cut out soda and coffee from my diet. I still need to work on lowering my blood pressure. Peace be wih you brother. 🙂

  2. Hmm honestly when I was vegan, and ate lots of fruit and carbs, I got a fatty liver and gained lots of weight xD after I started eating animal products again. Now Im trying to ease my way back into a vegeterian and maybe even back to vegan diet. I have already b12, d3 and iron deficiency, so Im afraid. But it can be done with good planning. The difference is this time, Im trying to go higher in fat and very low in carbs only low glycogen leveled stuff. Because too many carbs dont do well with my body…

  3. Probably the best video on this topic I've seen yet. A very objective and fact base approach, you don't let your opinion control you.

  4. eggs and cheese aren't bad, by themselves. they can be part of a healthy diet, eaten sensibly. ie. – 1 slice cheddar cheese ( 21 g ) – 80 cal, 7 g total fat, 4 g sat fat, 5 g protein, 6% dv vit A, 15% dv calcium. fairly healthy. eggs have essential amino acids,  some minerals and vitamins, omega 3's, and are heart healthy. 3 – 4 a week. i agree with the plant based diet overall. i don't drink milk. meats, especially cured and processed, are linked to cancer. if man made it, or processed it, don't eat it.
