Today Im giving y’all my best food hack for healthy meal prepping when you cant find time to cook. This is what I call a no cook meal hack. This is especially good for people who are really busy, creating lunches or dinners to bring on the go or if you have teenagers at home that you don’t want cooking when you are at work this summer!

  1. Great meal ideas-I never thought of making a chicken sandwich using a rotisserie chicken! Here in PA we make something called a "Walking Taco" …Open a snack size bag of Doritos and add meat, cheese, lettuce, and etc. Cute shirt BTW!

  2. I use the cheesy taco seasoning. It's so much better. I mix it in a little milk and let it cook into the meat low and slow. It gets raves at home and the church potlucks.

  3. I like to take the chilled cooked steak, slice it into thin strips, wrap them in a foil packet, and when I have to run out the door hungry I grab a packet and eat the strips on the move. It kills the hunger and keeps you satisfied for a good while.

  4. Love these ideas! These would all be easy to put in tupperware and take to work too. Also, I live in Florida and with the summer coming up these are great for when you just can’t stand to heat up the house with the stove/ oven.

  6. we love fresh pineapple/strawberries and blueberries on spinach with sloppy joes. Takes a total of 15 minutes and can be made prior to the day of use!

  8. We love baked sandwiches! We use sweet Hawaiian rolls, slice them in half, line a 9×13 in foil and lay your bottom rolls down. Then pile on deli meat and cheese and put the top buns on. I then melt half a stick of butter, brown sugar, garlic and some paprika and spoon on top of the buns. Bake them until the cheese melts!

  10. Wonderful video. Definitely do more like these. Great for Seniors who work. I will use some of these ideas when my grandsons(ages 5 and 14) come to visit in June. Snack meals are great!!

  11. It's so interesting to see what you eat the whole week. Where are you from again? I'm from austria and love to watch your videos. It's so cool to see how different the life (and food) in America is.

  12. I make taco salad with lettuce, chopped tomato, taco seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, a handful of Frito chips and mix picante or salsa with a little bit of sour cream. You can also add whatever veggies or black olives. There are so many different variations to this. You can also cook chicken in a crock pot with a liner and the taco seasoning and shred to make it healthier.

  14. these are great ideas for summer time also. here in florida in the summer its almost unbearable to try and cook a meal. these are perfect!
