Low-fat Pizza Sauce 1 tbsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Sweet Corn 1 tbsp (Boiled)
Capsicum 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Tomato 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Onion 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Low-fat Cottage Cheese 1/4 Cup
Black Olives as you required


Spread Low-fat Pizza Sauce on the brown bread and sprinkles Low-fat Cottage Cheese, Sweet Corn, Capsicum, Tomato, Onion, and again Low-fat Cottage Cheese and Black Olives and Oregano after that bake/cook it on tawa for 5 minutes on very low flame with cover.
