Chickpea Cookie Dough Recipe: (I usually don’t add the cinnamon)

  1. I have been doing IF for a couple of weeks now. I've never lost weight so quickly. I read The Obesity Code a few weeks ago and I haven't stopped since. Insulin and glucose is what makes you fat and keeps you fat. When you have no more insulin and glucose left to burn, your body begins burning fat. So eating all day long makes no sense because everytime you eat, you raise your insulin and glucose levels. Fasting forces your body to burn fat when it's done burning the insulin and glucose from the food you ate in your 6 or 8 hours of eating.

  2. I would love to see you do like a daily vlog of like your every day life and what you eat. Its really helpful to me to see others do it. Even if its just for a week

    P.s. I love your videos and they make me feel so much better watching other videos makes me feel like I cant do it because it's so much but yours is so realistic and it actually makes sense for everyday life.

  3. Do u have a quick 5 or 10 minute daily mom makeup routine?? Between hair and makeup, it takes me way too long. I need ideas with only a few DRUGSTORE products to get me out the door looking presentable. Full time working mom with 3 kids under 6. Help!

Honey in a sense is sugar but if you have to choose between either sugar or honey keep in mind it's the same amount of sugar in each product essentially but honey does have the antibodies that are really good for you the problem people run into is that they over indulge thinking that it's natural it can't make you fat when in reality cane sugar is also natural and both if over indulged will make you gain fat

  7. You look so good!!! I have finally gotten into a great routine of working out 5 days a week and eating healthy! But I have plateaued, so I'm going to give intermittent fasting a shot!!

  8. Hey girl. Be careful what you believe on the internet. Honey and maple syrup ( the real stuff) are not that bad for you compared to the rest. They are good if you want some sweetness to your food. But like everything else, everything should be consumed in moderation.

  9. Please bring back your makeup videos! I feel like that’s more of my main focus when I watch your tutorials. I guess I just expect makeup and not fasting and hair extension videos. I’m by no means trying to insult you or sound mean in anyway girl. I think you are beautiful and you are amazing at what you do!!! Thank you for all your inspiring videos.
