  2. Do the protein shakes have like all the other nutrients your body needs. I drink ensure but it is kinda expensive and i was curious if this would be a cheaper option.

  5. I am 15, and I have been rowing for about a year. In the beginning I lost nearly 15 pounds, and than gained 10 pounds back. I noticed a major difference just from my first season. I am now in my third season of training and I am still the same weight. I am not sure if it is because I am not eating enough or what it is. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

  12. Brett or anyone who here has some experience, does working out with weights affects your height? As a teen, i'm pretty scared to try since i'm still just a 5"4.

Overall good content but first, those two examples of ectomorph type of guys(David laid and Jon Skywalke ) are 100% on steroids so at least make sure to deliver the right examples to motivate your audience, second and regarding of gaining mass you mentioned only protein which is not right cause the combination of protein carbs and fats with right amounts are needed for such goal and being at a caloric surplus to gain weigh.
