  4. Carb refeeds are supposed to reset metabolism and also increase leptin levels. That's what I read somewhere. Is this not true?

    When I cut out all carbs and eat a Keto diet I get too thin.  I like that I feel energetic and clear minded. I also like how flat my stomach gets but the rest of my body especially my face looks far too thin.  Any suggestions???  

  7. I discovered and began a cleanse a month ago. just discovered Ketosis three days ago and began adding fat yesterday. And damn I woke up feeling better this morning than I have in a very long time. Of course I'm only getting started so even though better I still have miles before I start bouncing around like you.

Just came across your channel a few days ago , very informative.  me and my girlfriend are starting the ketogenic diet.  i have always had issues with food and have been a slave to caffeine for as long as i can remember. Caffeine will be the roughest part for me but,  i am excited and look forward to the life change, your vids seem to be a good go to for the questions i have, ty for the info , keep it up
