How I Stayed Young & Fit Looking Through The Years NATURALLY (Part 1): My Best Self-Care Habits

This video was a special request from a viewer in her twenties (20s). She, and a few of my other younger viewers, asked me to share how I was able to naturally stay young and fit looking over the years and stages of a woman’s life, without turning to cosmetic procedures, because she does not want to do that. In this video I share with you my best self-care habits, secrets, and practices that have enabled me to maintain my youthful figure and skin, and stay fit and young looking naturally without turning to botox, fillers or any other plastic surgery. I think my advice will be helpful for you if you are 20 something and have the concerns about staying in shape during and after pregnancy and as you advance in age and I also think this video will be helpful if you’re over 50, and wish to stay youthful well into your 90s and beyond! However, I would like to respond to another viewers comment who said you don’t look a day over 50. I disagree but suspect this reply is based solely on your maturity and self presentation. Aside from this (which is also what gives my age away), in appearance alone, you could easily pass for your early to mid forties—someone who takes good care of them-self. Keep it up. ❤️

  3. Linda I,m only 5ft 2 and I weigh 10st and just can’t loose any weight, my husband says I don’t eat enough, I do suffer with hypothyroidism and do move around lots, please tell me what you think and what I can do, I don’t eat process food x
