How I lost 20 lbs in 2 Months! You guys have been asking me about my workout routine lately and to film a what I eat in a day so I mashed it all up into one! I hope any of you can find this helpful and leave any questions for me in the comments and I’ll 100% get back to you!

My Workout Routine

10 Min Warm Up Run

Circuit Training ( Sets of 20, 10, 5)
Jump Squats
Side Plank Leg Lifts
Jump Lunges
Frog Jumps

  1. There are WAY better options than rice. Pulses, Quinoa is high protein and long lasting energy with far less calories.

  2. Oh my goodness!! I am so impressed with the results…I've tried a workout every once in a while, but I don't think I was motivated enough to keep myself working out every single day. What could I do to make myself WANT to work out every day?? Any secrets?

Ok I’m sorry but you just called yourself disgusting when you had fat on your belly and like saying that you though you were gross when you had fat though you were still a healthy weight and anyone seeing this who is over weight or even someone who just has some fat on their belly like u did, whether you realize it or not, u just told them that u don’t approve of anyone’s weight if they aren’t skinny and that is a very wrong message to send out to the people watching your videos

  9. exercise routine:
    10 min jog warm-up
    20 jump squats
    20 burpees
    20 side plank leg lifts
    20 jump lunges
    20 spidermans
    20 push-ups
    20 frog jumps

    – repeat again, doing 10 reps for each exercise instead of 20 –

  10. it takes me two minutes to make some guac and I bet it´s much healthier than that snort in the plastic package and it´s probably wayyyy better

  11. I'm gonna try that food, I'm such a picky eater but that looks really good! Can you post more healthy meal ideas??
