  2. Great video. In the past I have been a slave to the 6 meals per day thing. Never again….lol. Its nice to see the results you're getting from a more reasonable approach. You mentioned the calories in a few of your meals. We are about the same weight (you said 220 in a previous post). You are leaner though. About what is your total daily caloric intake?

  3. oh god why dont you just do intermittent fasting ?????Breakfast is over glorified.fasting is the best way to cut body fat after a little while you'll stop getting hungry you'll adapt and your body by default starts using your fat storage as a fuel.I mean google it or youtube search theres a ton of stuff.And I think you should try and make a video abt it

  4. Where was the 250 grams of protein ? Looks like you cut calories to reduce muscle with that diet ! All your muscle gains will be gone if you don't maintain protine intake right?
