Healthy Sprouts Soup Recipe | How to make High Protein mixed Sprouts Soup for weight loss



This extremely healthy and highly nutritious mixed sprouts Soup is staple dish in my house. Perfect for anytime hunger break this high Protein soup is very appetising, it keeps you full for long and aids weight loss.

Ingredients :-

1 Cup Mung & kala
Chana Sprouts (100g)
. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
. Some fresh Spinach
. 1/4 Cup Corns
. Salt to taste
. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
. Some chilli flakes
. Water as required
. 1 tsp Olive oil

Method:-

In a grinder add 1 cup mixed Sprouts & grind by adding water Gradually
In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add Cumin seeds & sprouts paste
Stir quickly & nicely, add water & combine properly
Add salt to taste, Coriander Powder, chilli flakes
Add some fresh Corns & fresh spinach Leaves
Mix well, cover with lid & let it simmer for few minutes
You can add black pepper powder, lemon juice on top
