– Plain Oats
– Room temperature Milk
– Cashews
– Almonds
– Cinnamon
– Pieces of Banana
– Pieces of Apple
– Pieces of Chikoo(Sapota)


– First wash all fruits
– Peel all fruits
– Cut into pieces of fruits
– Take blender, add all pieces of fruits, Milk,Almonds,
– Bled everything well
– You can adjust consitency according to your taste
– Smoothy is ready
