Welcome to the FOURTH healthy on a budget series video! Today I’ve shared easy meal prep snacks for kids that are dairy free and also egg free (you’ll see why they are egg free when you watch haha!), therefore making them suitable options for plant based families too!

  3. Oh it's a shame that the frittata cups didn't work out! I was telling my mum about the chickpea liquid and she didn't believe me – I was thinking I could show her your video, but maybe not, haha! Someone in my family is allergic to eggs so I thought that would be a good alternative! Maybe just for pancakes!
