  3. Love this! I've been putting coconut oil in my coffee lately and I love it! Do you have any tips for targeting lower abdominals? When I do ab workouts I only feel the "burn" in the upper abs and obliques, but feel like I can't find a good lower ab workout. I cannot do scissors or leg lowers because they hurt my back, is there anything else?

  4. Something I like to do while watching my fave shows is a workout game. There's lots of them for most shows so when something happens there's a workout you do. Like with a Supernatural one I have every time Dean hits on a girl it's 15 single leg drops. It's awesome if I'm binge watching. Haha.

  7. I live in Pakistan so getting natural sweetners is soo easy. We use "gurr" and "shakkar" which are unprocessed, completely natural, and delicious. And in Pakistan people make things such as yogurt, butter at home; so our diet is completely natural. We rarely have to go and buy things like sugar and dairy products (except cheese) from stores.

  11. This is so silly but I never realized until this video that my water bottle for work is not very effective because it is not clear so I always run out and then forget about refilling it. If I had a clear one like the video I would have that visual reminder to refill or take with me when I know I’m going to be walking by the water fountain.

Want to prepare n get ready for winter…don't want to get sick this year especially as much as I did last year. I just have few questions tho about the Apple Cider Vinegar. Why is the vinegar used in the exilir? I'm also unsure as to why you drink it every morning… I'm quite slim. Used my mother's for a while and got highly recommended not to as it will make me loose weight and if I'm right thins your blood (which I'm hoping is just a rumour some one has told me)You also use Caynne pepper. Is that good for the circulation? I'm in if it You got great hacks Katie and defnitley going to try then. Ween them into my routine one by one
