I’m so happy to share my berry smoothie with you all…. it’s amazing, tasty, healthy and very simple to make.

Smoothie Ingredients:

-Strawberries (Frozen or Fresh Fruit)
-Raspberries (Frozen or Fresh Fruit)
-Blueberries (Frozen or Fresh Fruit)
-Vanilla Yogurt
-French Vanilla (Almond Milk)
-Quaker Oats
Optional: Ice Cubes
