  1. Challenge: No-cook meal prep for the week! Some things I am already thinking…chia pudding or avocado toast with toppings for breakfast, sandwiches or cold salads for lunch…dinner is what trips me up. But I guess one solution is to be pre-cooked meats…or beans…

  4. you're reminding me of a great "summer-roll" recipe I made once 🙂 (it had cooked sweet potatoes, chickpeas and apples if memory serves).

    I'm gonna do something similar to these, it's so hot outside right now, it's perfect for the weather!

  5. Mmmm, i have to try that avocado and chick pea thingy. i never ate avocados as a kid, but as of lately i have been acquiring a taste for them. i love them on my salads and sandwiches!

  7. That chickpea salad roll!❤❤❤and the recipe cards are perfect, that's what I do Youtubers list the ingredients for recipes…screenshot it for later…definitely ensures that I won't forget to make the recipe.

  8. I was so excited to make these salmon cream cheese summer rolls, they tasted fine but presentation was scary!!! They looked like little unborn creatures in amniotic sacs!!! I won't make those particular type again.

  10. I was thinking of making these for my school lunch but will the wrap be moist or something the next day? I usually make my lunch at 12 in the morning and be to school at 6:10 my lunch starts at 11 will it be ok still?
