Exercise Recovery Tips – Strength Training – Living Better TV with Jeremiah

Hi everyone, welcome back to Living Better TV where I show you how to eat better and live better through healthier ingredients and healthier habits. I’m Jeremiah, your friend with food benefits.

Today I will be sharing Exercise Recovery Tips with you in the form of how you should be eating pre-workout and post workout for strength training and nutrition to keep you healthy. Eating slow and fast burning carbohydrates pre exercise will allow you to make it through a work out without feeling you will collapse at any minute. For post exercise recovery you should consume protein to replenish your damaged muscles and inflammation aiding foods.

Be sure to check out my Exercise Recovery Tips for HIIT workout and part 1 of this series of exercise recovery tips:

My Synopsis:

I want to share my passion with everyone, so people with the same passion can have a ‘place’ to share the experience, to be reminded how great the world, life and time with their loved ones really are. Some of my greatest memories include food; the aromas, the flavors, the energy in the air, and the people with me, those memories stay in your heart, in your soul. I’ve been blessed with wonderful memories, and want others to be able to create the same.

  1. I'm not a huge fan of foods with peaches added to them, however the gluten free granola created a great balance to the peach almond yogurt. I will absolutely be buying that granola again!
