★Overnight Oats Steps and Recipes:
★Morning Nutrient Boost (Avocados & Eggs)
• 1/2 cup brown rice/Quinoa
• large eggs
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
• 4 cups chopped kale
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and sliced
★Easy Energy Wrap
• 1 1/4 lb ground turkey
• Wrap of choice or lettuce
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 cup water
★For the salsa:
• 1/2 avocado, diced into 1/2″ pieces
• 1 medium tomato, diced
• 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
• 2 Tablespoons red onion, chopped
• 2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 of a Serrano chili pepper, very finely diced, remove seeds (optional for more heat)
★Convertible Power Salad
• chopped cabbage
• chopped kale
• chopped cucumber
• chopped carrot
• chopped red onion
• a little avocado
• plain greek yogurt
• hot sauce
• seasonings of choice
• 1 ¼ pound salmon (or how much you want prepared)
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons melted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon oregano
• ¼ crushed red pepper
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, for garnishing

  4. right here at home we like to to eat a lot of pasta I do think this is why we've fat. on the other hand thought we would change my physical form completely i entered an incredible diet that we found I lost 24 pounds and lost my belly. The diet plan is on this website here
