In this video, Dr. Berg talks about consuming wild caught fish and not farm-raised fish. He also talks about the other problems of farm-raised fish. Farm-Raised Fish Contains 3x Omega 6(Very Inflammatory) Fatty Acids as compared to Wild Caught (1/2 the Omega 3).

  1. So true, go wild. Wild salmon tastes nothing like wild salmon. Farm raised fish not only is bad stuff for your diet but the fish destroys the sea bottom where the fish are raised by denuding it of any living organism.

  3. I GOT CAUGHT OUT ON BUYING ORGANIC SALMON AND IT WAS FARM RAIZED WHEN I READ AT THE back of THE PACKET WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT I WAS CONSUMING FOR 4 YRS!

  5. I tell people all the time dont eat pork cat fish talapia at all and cut back on the red meat ….they look at me like im stupid

  6. Oh man I got two and a half pounds of Tilapia it isn't wild-caught I'll finish that then next time I'll get the wild can the liver deal with the toxins in farm raised tilapia perhaps

  7. I have a wheat allergy, I thought the science was that if the animal eat wheat it gets digested into amino acids which is nothing like the structure of wheat protein anymore? So is this not true then? Can anyone help me here please? Thank you.
