1. 4 cups of water
2. 2 cinnamon sticks
3. 1/2 orange peel
4. Ginger root
5. 1/2 lemon slice
6. 1/2 Teaspoon Date syrup

Place everything in your pot medium heat bring water to a boil after water get to a boil turn off and let sit for 10 minutes. Drink 3 times per day.

  4. I love this mixture, the cinnamon is key! We do turmeric shots: fresh or powder (preferably fresh) turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
