  1. Hi, Steve. Your berry green smoothie look simply delish. What's your best tip for collecting vinyl records? Have a good day, Steve.

  2. add to that a piece of fresh ginger, tumeric (I use fresh) & last but not least a strong Roselle tea. I love these 3 by themselves or with other fruits. Mixed as a tea & leave in refrig for a day is like fruit juice.

  3. I'm with you on the frozen berries. Frozen make great smoothies. They have the added benefit of not spoiling, so I don't feel guilty if I don't consume them while they're still fresh. Making granola was good to learn. Will that work if you replace the honey with golden syrup?

  4. Another yummy. I'm going to have my husband bring me some fresh spinach and a banana home from work. He works at a supermarket. Lucky me. 🙂 A text does it.

  5. you know you're a sadist, steve? i mean, if i taste crunchy granola and honey in my mouth – I AM GOING TO BITE. too bad the crunchy stuff will be glass….in this scenario. lovely new acapella tune, by the way.

  6. I remember the smoothie Tuesday series back in the day! Thinking back I actually originally found your channel when I googled how to make a Christmas Fruit Cake. I moved from the UK to the USA and really missed my mothers Christmas Cakes. I have made one every year since. Will be starting my 2017 cake shortly!
