  6. you can speed it up don't wait whole week – add turmeric honey kale and splash of apple cider vinegar into the drink – mix it and than before drinking strain it through cheese making muslin cloth, pour the liquid in over the garden and eat all the chunks trapped in the cloth 🙂

  9. the one thing i xant stand is when it takes too long to get to the point. people are busy…they need recepies, info specific n to the ppint…not a long dragged out novel….and a attached. recepie makes it convenient. Make it simple.
