Bake Cauliflower Wings Gluten Free Vegan

In this video I will show you how to make delicious bake cauliflower vegan gluten free wings. You will enjoy these vegan cauliflower bites. This is a great healthy recipe. Don’t forget to subscribe its free:

1/2 Cauliflower
1 cup gluten free flour (king author flour)
1 cup almond mike unsweeten
1 cup gluten free bread crumb
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon adobo
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash

Sticky sesame Sauce (in a separated bowl)
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1/4 liquid aminos
1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ginger paste
pinch of Himalayan salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 25 minutes in the oven flip half way through. watch to make sure it does not burn.
