🍚 Cauliflower Rice
1 head cauliflower
1 tbsp oi (or skip)
1/2 tsp salt

Remove the leaves and core of your cauliflower, then chop it into large pieces that can fit into the food processor.
Place in the machine, and pulse until it resembles the texture of rice.
If you have a small food processor you may have to do this in batches to avoid over processing the cauliflower.
Warm oil in a large skillet or frying pan, then add the cauliflower “rice”. Cook for about 8 minutes, or until tender.

I use a Cuisinart Food Processor.

  1. I bought an 8-cup Cuisinart for myself, this past Christmas….and am so glad I did….making hummus is so much easier. I'd like to try the burger recipe this summer…

  2. Investing in a good food processor was the best decision ever! It’s my favorite kitchen appliance myself. I mainly use it for nice cream, sweet potato kabocha pudding, bean-based cheese sauce, and cauliflower-based curry!

  3. I'm making cauliflower rice this weekend and I still have some leftover eggplant curry!!! Yessssss its gonna be a great Mother's Day for me!!! Thanks for all of your awesome videos!!!

  4. Great video and love the backing music. I am most certainly going to try the energy balls first as I have never tried making them with pecans for some unknown reason. How long shall I roast them for? Thanks

  5. Definitely going to be trying that burger and cauliflower rice! I didn't realize the rice was so easy to make!!

  6. Thanks for the video! Looks like you have mold in the handle of your food processor. The same thing happened to my blender. I'm pretty sure it doesn't hurt your food, but you have to take it apart to get the gunk out. Bit of a bummer.

  7. Thanks for another great video! I wanted your suggestion, my husband suprised me for my 30th birthday a trip to New York! I have never been there (he lived there for 6 years) we will be staying in Manhattan and I wanted to know what vegan resturants would you recommend?

  8. With a food processor, everything is so easy!
*Buy it in your favorite color, and you won't stop using it!
