  2. Large batch cooking helps. I make soup and chili often. Both with tons of vegetables. And, they freeze well.

  3. I have made several significant dietary changes over the last 5 years and am currently transitioning to plant based but I have found that doing a meal at a time makes it much less overwhelming. I usually start with swapping my standard breakfast and morning snacks, then lunch and afternoon snack and lastly dinner and bedtime snacks. I might try recipes here and there for other meals or snacks as I go but I don’t try to fully switch everything out all at once

  5. I have always kinda want to be a vegetarian. I don't eat a lot of meat. If my husband was on board i would want to eat more plant based. I was wondering if you knew if a plant based diet is better at balancing hormones? I have always gotten super bad hormonal migraines amd with kids it is hard to live with those awful headaches.
