Cherry Lime Smoothie
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup mango
1 lime, zest and juice
Honey to taste

Grapefruit Sunrise Smoothie
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup frozen peach
3/4 cup grapefruit juice
Honey to taste

Citrus Beet Smoothie
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup diced steamed and peeled beets
1 blood orange, peeled and chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Plum Perfect Smoothie
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup diced plums
1/2 cup blackberries
1 banana
Honey to taste

Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie
1 cup raspberries
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon cream cheese
Honey to taste

  1. I love your smoothie recipes. They got me going with smoothies. Any berries with cocoa powder will taste divine or berry-licious.

  2. If you want to try a very delicious smoothie bowl that I have been making: beets (I steam, cut and put them in the freezer when I want to use them, its ready to go), bananas, almond milk and some granola cereals for crunchiness! Really good!

  3. everyone looks really yummy….U should have like a bunch of people try these out and then tell us the results. LOL

  4. Why aren't you adding any greens! ???? 🙁 not good too much sugar, even Natural sugar is not so great, balance out with greens!

  5. Say I would win an astronomical amount of money on a lottery, i would ask you to be my personal chef/friend. Totally realistic, why not?

  6. okay so I preach this smoothie hack all the time, and I think it is going to change your smoothie game, cottage cheese in any smoothie you want creamy. It gives the cream cheese effect your're used to, but way less fat, more protien, and MORE flavor (without the consistacy everyone hates about cottage cheese…) Peaches + almond milk + cottage cheese + vanilla yogurt + honey = the greatest peaches and cream smoothie ever!

  7. I wish I could try the first smoothie, but sadly I am allergic to grapefruit. I am trying to citrus beat smoothie right now and it is amazing! I'm gonna have to make this again.
