A glass of bitter gourd juice (without seeds) every morning is very effective when it comes to controlling your blood glucose levels.
Studies show that the polyphenol-rich fruit has properties that protect the body from the oxidative properties of high blood sugar. Other than regulating your blood sugar levels, polyphenol helps prevent many diseases.
Take 2-3 gooseberries and remove the seeds.
Grind it into a fine paste.
Put the paste in a cloth and squeeze out the juice.
