1. Tomato Jam Oats Ladoo Recipe :-
Ingredients:-
1.5 Cup Quick Oats, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 20g jaggery, some almonds, 1.5 Tbsp desiccated coconut, 1.5 Tbsp Tomato Jam ( of water melon jam), 1 Tbsp Water

How to make tomato Oats Ladoo for Weight Loss:-
Dry roast quick oats and almonds separately in a pan. Now In the same pan add water and melt jaggery in it once melted nicely add homemade peanut butter, desiccated coconut and homemade tomato jam. Mix well and let all the moisture dry away. Now in a bowl add roasted oats..chopped roasted almonds and Jaggery mixture. Mix well…use hand to make small round balls. Your oats tomato Ladoos/ Energy Bites are Ready. Store in an air tight container in fridge for upto 10 Days.

2. Dates Oats Ladoo Recipe :-
Ingredients:-
1 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp peanut Butter
6 Dates
3-5 Tbsp desiccated coconut
Some water
1 tsp desi ghee

How to make healthy dates Oats Ladoo/ Energy Bites :-

In a grinder add dates with some water and make a thick paste. In a pan heat desi ghee add desiccated coconut and cook on low heat until slightly brown. Add dates paste and peanut butter. Once all the moisture is reduce from the pan, switch off the heat and add the mixture to roasted rolled oats. Mix well. Using hand roll small ball from the mixture roll the balls into desiccated coconut to give the Ladoo a nice texture.

3. Apple Oats Ladoo Recipe :-
Ingredients:-
1.5 cup roasted rolled Oats
2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
3-4 Tbsp Apple cocoa jam
Roasted melon seeds

How to make Apple Oats Ladoo / Energy Bites For Weight Loss :-
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and using hands make small ladoos. Store in an airtight container or jar and keep in fridge for upto 10days.

4. Mix fruit jam Oats Ladoo :-
Ingredients:-
1 cup mixed fruit jam
1.5 cup roasted quick oats
Roasted musk melon seeds
3 Tbsp desiccated coconut

How to make mix fruit jam oats Ladoo/ Bites :-
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and using hands make small ladoos. Store in an airtight container or jar and keep in fridge for upto 10days.

  1. Thanks mam.mam i dont like jaggery main aur kya use kar sakti hoon?mam maine kafi weight kam kiya.abh mara weight to stable hai but main moti hoi ja rahi hoon.please mujhe btaiye main kya galti kar rahi hoon?aur mujhe kya karna chahiye?
