1800 Health Fitness Diet and Exercise Program for Weight Loss and Fat Burning Workouts

It is possible to lose weight, burn fat and get fit with a fat burning workout program and fat burning diet plan. I’ve lost 12 pounds and 3.5% body fat in two weeks by working out four days a week and eating a healthy 1800 calorie a day diet. The first week was not so easy because I had to stop eating junk but I have a cheat day each Saturday and look forward to my favorite McDonalds breakfast. After that I’m good and don’t think about eating junk food again for a week!. It’s great to see my feet again!. for more ideas for healthy living.
